Isaac Losh

Isaac has been a strategic leader at all points in the healthcare continuum including seniors housing (active adult, independent living, assisted living, memory care, and lifestyle communities - CCRCs), skilled nursing, rehab, outpatient medical office buildings, acute care hospitals, post-acute, and life science R&D labs. 

Prior to founding Cascadilla, Isaac worked for such companies as Welltower, Inc (NYSE: WELL), AR Global Investments/Healthcare Trust Inc, and Senior Star Management Co/Gemini Partners, as well as experience in alternative asset investments and commercial real estate financing and management. Prior to his business career, Isaac served in the public sector. Committed to service and advancing innovation, Isaac has served on boards, committees and task forces focused on philanthropy and non-profit causes, as well as volunteer leadership & collaboration within industry associations such as NIC, ASHA, Argentum, and Care England, to name a few. He has contributed to the efforts at several leading universities, including Cornell, to develop and implement education and research initiatives focused on healthcare real estate. Isaac is an Industry Scholar at Cornell University Institute for Healthy Futures. Isaac holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science & economics, and a Master’s degree from Cornell University SC Johnson College of Business. 

A business growth and investment leader, Isaac is the Founder & Managing Director of Cascadilla Healthcare Advisors. Isaac focuses on providing flexible consulting and advisory services (including taking on executive titled roles in client organizations such as Chief Investment Officer, Head of Acquisitions, etc depending on client needs) for some of the largest investors, lenders, operators and developers of healthcare real estate  in the United States and internationally. Isaac is passionate about serving clients and value creation. His clients range from bulge bracket to small private equity funds, Big Four accounting & management consulting firms, investment banks, sovereign wealth funds, S&P 500 REITs, non-traded REITs, start-up ventures funded by foreign capital from Asia, Middle East, Europe and Australia, as well as local, regional and national operators, health systems, and developers.
